Job Description

Job Title: AGILE SCRUM MASTER
Location: Pune
Experience: 15 years to 18 years

Skills:

Azure Boards
Jira, Rally, VersionOne
Various project methodologies: waterfall, scrum, agile, Kanban, etc.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering
Proven track record on conducting Trainings to enable teams to transition to an Agile way of working
Examples of evaluating and Advising Agile Frameworks

Role Details

Mentor and Coach leadership on the Agile Mindset
Ability to influence leaders at all levels within an enterprise
Coach and Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners
Define the measurement system by way of identifying relevant metrics
Leading organisations through a waterfall-to-agile transition
Train and coach Scrum and Kanban teams on Story writing, Ticket intake and Work Flow efficiency with a strong focus on Cycle Times
Lead and mentor team members in solution development and preparing guidelines, checklists and review processes

Pre-Requisites:

Should have personally done at least 3 Agile Coaching assignments for international Clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Having worked in a CoE setup will be a big plus
SAFe Agilest certification will be a plus
