Job Description

Roles :Agile Project Manager
Location : Mumbai/ Remote
Experience : 7+ years
Fulltime
Responsibilities and Skills:
- Solid understanding of SDLC as well as expert knowledge of Agile and traditional project management
- A proven track record of successfully implementing Development and Data Migration project using Agile Methodology including 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager managing large complex projects
- Excellent hands on experience in SCRUM/Agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience in Agile project management tool - Jira.
- Hands-on experience in MS Project, Visio and all office tools
- Experience in managing project teams with 10-20 team members including technical leads, developers, analyst and testers
- Sufficient level of technical background in Informatica ETL, SQL to provide leadership to the team and to be able to evaluate project risks and issues
- Collaborate with customers and develop strategies and solutions of high business value
- Excellent oral and written skills and experience in interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Define Scope and schedule. Also focus on timely delivery.
- Organize and lead project status and working meetings
- Prepare and distribute progress reports
- Manage risk and issues
- Assist team development while holding teas accountable for their commitments and removing roadblocks to their work
- Define and manage a well-defined process and initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
- Ensure each team member is engaged in the project and is making a meaningful contribution
