Job Description
Dear Applicant,
Hiring for "WORK FLOW LEAD"- Field Operation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and control workflow milestones, tasks, scope, timelines, budget utilization, escalations
- management, SLA attainment and risks impacting projects.
- Bring in logistics & manufacturing domain expertise to drive synergies across geographies
- Drive standardization & best practices sharing across regions
- As a POC for the client, providing regular updates on the progress of logistics and manufacturing
- workflow updates, improvements, performance and ensuring timely delivery.
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Strategically plan & manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and customer
- Strategize & negotiate with suppliers & vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals to
- reduce procurement expenses
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Evaluates the contractual scope of work, field directives and/or scheduling changes. Communicates both
- technical and business related issues with vendors and internal clients.
- Accountable to ensure the effective and optimal management and administration of project lessons
- learned
- Coordinate between field team and MIS team and ensure appropriate representation of data reported to
- management
- Controlling the procurement budget & promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
- Comply with laws and regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 to 8yrs experience
Qualifications: (mathematics, stats, engineering, or science
or an MBA).
Job Location: Hyderabad
Rotational shifts Sal upto 17lpa
