Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish a Proactive, Professional relationship with Key Personnel in assigned distributors/Customer accounts.
• Engage with distributors to discuss his priorities, sales improvement initiatives, promote new & take feedback to improve.
• Develop & implement relevant sales activities & promotions (like the campaign, product launches, demonstrations, displays) to achieve planned sales growth.
• Forecast sales to assigned distributors through collaboration & planning.
• Proactively identify new qualifying distributors /customers & ensure smooth onboarding of them Educate new distributors /customers on the term of business, policies & expectations.
• Constantly improve and update knowledge on product range, technical developments, market trends & customer handling skills to enhance performance.
• Development and execution of a business sale strategy in a given geographical area.
• Sales and Service needs of Customers through coordination with the distributor and dealer.
• Supporting Sales and Service for Distributors and Dealers point.
• Collect and report Market information, i.e. competitors' pricing, programs, and Tyre performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least 2 years experience in channel sales from the Tyre Industry.
• Must to know the local language.
• Preferred only, local candidates.
• Must-Have two-wheeler section experience in the Tyre Industry.
