Job Description

Min 3 year experience as s Technical Recruiter in US IT Recruitment.

Must have experience of working on Contract and Full Time roles for Implementation Partners, Direct Clients and Tier 1.

Should have worked on W2, 1099 roles and comfortable managing such candidates.

Expertise in sourcing Citizens and GCs in USA via all possible sourcing channels

Strong network of supplier to support sub-vending activities

Should be comfortable to work on bulk requirements and must have ability to close them in least possible time.

Should be highly capable while managing the entire recruitment process with support of his lead Rate Negotiation, BGC, Paperwork,

Can work with very less of No supervision on complex positions

Must be hands on experience sourcing from Linkedin and Social Networking...
