We Are Hiring for Technical support associate.

Profile -: Technical support associate ( Voice )
Requirement -: Good Communication Skills
Exp required -: 1- 6 years

Age Criteria -: 18 -40 years
Shifts: Rotational
Location WFH ( Current location should be Bangalore or who are willing to relocate to Bangalore immediately )

Responsibilities and Duties

Have basic knowledge on switching and routing and Wifi configuration.

Provide top quality technical support, troubleshooting of IT networks and communications systems, including associated applications.

Customer satisfaction is our purpose; this is a HIGH TOUCH environment in which continual customer interaction is the norm

Key skills required:

Proven Technical support experience or experience as a client service representative
Excellent communications skills
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 17,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month

Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) / Any graduates

Language:

English (Required)
