Roles and Responsibilities

POSITION - Electro Plating shop - In charge

DESIGNATION - Asst Manager

QUALIFICATION : BSc / MSc / BE Chemical

CUT OFF % >60%

EXPERIENCE (BE- 7 to 10 Yrs) (B.Sc/M.Sc 8 to 12 Yrs)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Production planning and scheduling.
2 Capacity planning
3 Designing production work and establishing work
standards
4 Designing production process and equipment
Layout of equipment within the shop
5 Purchasing production equipments
6. Budgeting
7 Staff selection and liaisoning
8Health and safety
9 Industrial relations
10 Measurement and monitoring of productivity
11 Production equipment maintenance and repair

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Complete knowledge of Electroplating and Surface
treatment for MIL & Aerospace products.
2. Certified in NADCAP
3. Cadmium plating in aluminum, Electro less, Nickel &
Zinc
4. Alternative plating processes Viz. Zi-Ni, Teflon,
RoHS, REACH, WEE
5. Effluent Treatment and Waste Disposal norms.
