Job Description

• 3.6-6years of overall experience in business analysis.
• Strong knowledge of US Healthcare benefits administration domain.
• Strong experience in participant/member healthcare enrollment.
• Expertise in collaborating with Stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile process including User stories / Product road map creation using JIRA.
• Test Management skills.
• Able to work on assigned tasks independently and also handle queries from fellow team members.
• Good Analytical & problem solving skills.
• Ability to Work in shifts and effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Have the ability to escalate issues with a view to bringing about a win-win resolution.
• Good written & spoken communication skills.
