Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, Mortgage
We are looking for a Candidate who would be responsible for balancing Payment and Deposit operations activities in Banking Ops processes.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for Supervising and leading all the activities related to Bank Payments and Deposits domain.
Coordinating and finalizing process execution/documentation and supervise and Ensure timely execution of tasks in Payments & Deposits area in Retail Banking which are essential and complex in nature.
Audits data transactions and takes/makes client calls, Is responsible for adhering to defined performance level parameters (efficiency, quality etc.)
Assist the Team Leader with closing changes in documentation with process.
Identifies problem through audits or process feedback.
Assist the Team Leader in a multi shift environment as a single point of contact.
Good conceptual knowledge and experience in Payment and Deposit tasks preferred
Qualification we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Graduation (B. Com preferable)
Preferred qualifications
Prior-experience in Retail Banking/Mortgage or Finance industry. Any experience in working with Australian Bank/Mortgage of Finance industry would be helpful
Good analytical/Team leading skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Ability to learn ERP systems
Proficient in MS Office skills including MS Excel
