JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for Candidates Working as Technical Recruiter for APAC (Malaysia, Singapore and ). Domestic and US Technical Recruitment exp. can also apply.
Sourced APAC based candidates through Job street, Monster, LinkedIn, Job Diva and other social media tools and Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirements.
Performed Recruitment needs- Sourcing, Phone Screening, Negotiating, Scheduling Interviews and offer presentation.
Negotiated Salary with candidates, presented offer letters to selected candidates.
Involved in full cycle Recruitment involving sourcing, identifying, and interviewing, screening and placing personnel in quick turnaround time in contract, contract with hire and permanent positions.
Understanding the clients requirements, coordinating for short listing and screening including preliminary interview of the candidates.
Sourcing excellent resumes within the turnaround time.
Expert in using job portals like Dice, Monster, career builder, etc.
Enhancing company's database to be used by all recruiters for sourcing purposes.
Monitoring and follow-up till final selection.
Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories.
Extensive search on Internet sites for job postings.
