Job Description

We are hiring Singapore Payroll Specialist | Wipro, Chennai.

Job Description:

Role: Senior Executive

Work Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: Any Finance Graduate

Shift: APAC Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Cab: Drop Available

Mode of Interview: Virtual

Required Skill Set:

Knowledge on any Payroll ERP like Ramco Systems, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft
Experience and Knowledge in handling end to end of Singapore Payroll processing
Willing to work in any shift.
Exposure to audits, Quality standards, Continuous improvement etc
Ability to manage multiple payroll cycles and complex payroll calendar
Effective Communication, problem solving, decision making skills and handling escalations.
Interaction with customer, vendor and 3rd parties
Ability to perform complex transactional activities
Team handling experience in outsourcing environment
Analytical and presentation skills
Ability to lead the teams as Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Ability to guide the team on complex and judgmental activities
