Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Knowledge of ServiceNow administration
ITSM and ITAM module Experience on ServiceNow platform
Experience in requirement gathering, business documentation.
Experience in facilitate meeting and engaging with business users from various domains.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Knowledge of ITIL process.
