Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute scheduled releases for multiple Salesforce instances using Azure DevOps, Git, and AutoRABIT.
- Manage and maintain version control systems
- Work closely with project teams to resolve build problems and merge conflicts
- Build and maintain a CI/CD pipeline with a focus on quality gates and required approval processes
- Write necessary scripts to automate salesforce deployments in minimal time using Azure pipelines and SFDX CLI
- Responsible for Salesforce environment management which includes DevOps strategy, software static code analysis, sandbox refresh, maintenance deployments.
- Responsible for performing pre and post-deployment manual steps.
- Proven experience in managing, planning & handling multiple releases.
- Establishing proactive monitoring and alerting capabilities wherever possible
Desired Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
- 4-5 years experience with AWS or Azure cloud infrastructure automation and DevOps workflows
- In-depth Experience with GIT Branching, Cloning, Merge, tagging.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline tooling and deployments like Github Pipelines/Jenkins Pipelines/Azure Pipelines etc.
- Demonstrating experience with at least one of the scripting languages like Shell Scripting or Power Shell or Python.
- At least 1+ years of experience with Salesforce Admin and salesforce DevOps
- Experience in working with Salesforce DX is a big plus
- Azure DevOps Microsoft Certification is a value add
