Job Description:
Skills / Attributes Required
- 3+ yrs of experience in digital marketing.
- Develop and execute all digital marketing campaigns for end clients
- Developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies
- Creating and planning a variety of PPC and Paid social campaigns across a range of digital channels
- Gather and understand new and existing clients business requirements, define the scope accordingly and implement solutions to meet those requirements
- Identify the dependencies in the project plan (Tasks and allocate them to the best-fit resources. Also, identify the skill set of the team and the headcount of each skill required for the project)
- Digital marketing funnel management and optimization including funnel steps, KPIs, A/B testing, and conversion tracking/optimization to maximize campaign ROI and minimize cost per acquisition.
- Ensure effective control of online marketing results, and suggest corrective action to attain campaign objectives within designated budgets
- Collaborate with partners and Client POCs to analyze results and drive action plans for improvement
- Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns to a range of audiences and leverage insights to test new digital strategies
- Support marketing automation efforts by implementing campaigns and analyzing performance
- Maintain monthly department KPIs, Provide project and resource updates to the management periodically
