Job description:


  • Track key metrics such as sales pipeline and monthly results to help business leads interpret how sales team is tracking against goals
  • Coordinate quarterly global sales action planning and reporting through salesforce.com
  • Coordinate sales action planning for new product launches and report on results
  • Review territory and market results, make recommendations for adjustments to resource alignment
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report sales results and workflow to identify steps to increase sales productivity & results. Drive process enhancements
  • Communicate sales needs back to business leaders and product team; be the voice of the marketplace internally
  • Assist in pricing analysis to ensure products relative to one another and in combination are priced correctly
  • Evaluate trends and performance measured against sales quotas
  • Work closely with internal teams to strategically drive company-wide goals and improve the operational sales process
  • Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, and Product Strategy

Qualifications:


  • Ability to perform complex analysis such as trend analysis, what-if analysis, and forecasting
  • Ability to provide recommendations and suggestions and provide thorough, succinct data to support suggestions.
  • Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources
  • Ability to coordinate and manage simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience and obtain consensus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, G-Sheets, PowerPoint, G-Slides, Tableau, and Salesforce.com
