Day to Day job Duties : (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis)

Manage interfaces between On-premises AD or AADDS (Azure AD Directory Services) and Azure AD
Manage On-Prem ADFS and Azure AD Connect
Work closely with Application team to implement and manage SSO Application Registration
Manage/Support SSO Application settings
Update/Change SSO Methods and Policies as requested
Provide break-fix for SSO application or service access issues
Manage Azure AD users, groups, Roles and administration tasks
Manage Azure AD Conditional Access policies including MFA settings
Support issue resolution related to Azure AD MFA services, new user registration, authentication factor reset, unlock and authentication types
Monitoring and Reporting through Azure AD built-in reporting (Audit logs, Diagnostic settings, sign-ins, etc.)
Support CyberArk server and service components
Provide break-fix support, patching, updates and day-to-day operational support for CyberArk
Support/Manage CyberArk managed privileged accounts, passwords and sessions
Support onboarding of new servers and privileged accounts managed to CyberArk
Support storing, discovering of unique passwords from different environments into CyberArk s Enterprise Password Vault
Support privileged user access issues
Maintain agreed upon SLAs, and ability to support high severity tickets on an on-call rotation

Basic Qualifications : (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each)

5 years of Active Directory management/support
3 years of supporting CyberArk services in an enterprise environment.
2 years of Azure AD experience supporting users, groups, MFA, SSO and SSPR
Preferred experience managing and maintaining aspects of the Azure AD Connect syncing On-Prem AD identities to Azure AD.
Preferred experience managing Azure AD and ADFS based Single Sign On across an organization and onboarding new applications as they are implemented and or migrated.

Project experience implementing/modifying Azure AD Security services
Project experience implementing/modifying CyberArk Privileged Access services

Shift Timings : Rotational 24X7
