Compensation Business Partner role supporting business leaders and HRBP colleagues.
Develops implements, administers and maintains compensation programs which support company objectives and local practices.
Areas of expertise include base pay, incentive pay and performance management.
Participates in compensation surveys and ensures competitive pay practices are maintained globally.
Evaluates programs, trends, advances and/or new technologies and makes recommendations for changes and improvements.
Advises managers on compensation-related issues.
Works with external vendors to develop, administer and design new or modify existing programs or systems.
Keeps abreast of compensation trends and ensures company compliance with all governmental laws concerning compensation practices globally.
