Job Description

A. Contract Review
Review contracts
Capturing of the details in matrix formats as per the client requirements
Updating new contracts in the matrix format on an ongoing basis for new contracts
B. Contract Management
Provide legal support to clients legal and business teams around the world e.g.
provide mark-up of various contracts, such as sales agreements, licensing
agreements, purchasing agreements, confidentiality agreements, master services
agreements etc.
Work directly with the business and legal teams including negotiation and execution
of various contracts
Work with Client teams to manage end to end contracting workflows
Work on multiple transactions and manage priorities
Job specifications:
1. Qualification: LLB/LLM from India or abroad
2. Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience
3. Competency:
a. Analytical Skills: Independently solves complex problems
b. Decision making: Exercises administrative judgment and assumes responsibility for
decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, and/or quality of
service within the functional area.
c. Quality: Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and overall quality of work as per
the requirement specified.

e. Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills and expresses
