Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities- The prospective employees shall be working on;
- End to End Recruitment process including Fresher Recruitment on/off-campus
- Work with the hiring managers to pinpoint the company's exact hiring needs.
- Utilize the internet-based professional networking websites and social media platforms to reach out to the best available candidates.
- Candidates having good knowledge on MS Office.
- Strong Knowledge of ITeS recruitment and Lateral hiring is preferred.
- Flexible to travel if required for the campus drives.
- Working on different Job portals and having end-to-end follow-ups.
- Closing on all the hiring requirements based on the timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work Timing : 9:30 to 6:30 Monday to Friday.
Salary : Freshers : 15000 and Exp : Depends on the previous CTC
- Candidates having 1-4 years of experience into end to end recruitment process.
- Candidates should have done Graduation/MBA with relevant specialization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good presentation skills
- Freshers are also considered with very good communication skills
