End to End Recruitment process including Fresher Recruitment on/off-campus
Work with the hiring managers to pinpoint the company's exact hiring needs.
Utilize the internet-based professional networking websites and social media platforms to reach out to the best available candidates.
Candidates having good knowledge on MS Office.
Strong Knowledge of ITeS recruitment and Lateral hiring is preferred.
Flexible to travel if required for the campus drives.
Working on different Job portals and having end-to-end follow-ups.
Closing on all the hiring requirements based on the timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates having 1-4 years of experience into end to end recruitment process.
Candidates should have done Graduation/MBA with relevant specialization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good presentation skills
Freshers are also considered with very good communication skills
Work Timing : 9:30 to 6:30 Monday to Friday. Salary : Freshers : 15000 and Exp : Depends on the previous CTC
