Job Description
We are looking for a Scrum Master who can effectively communicate challenges and project progress and who can strike a balance between focusing on project deliveries and implementing Agile best practices
Facilitate all the scrum ceremonies including Scrum of Scrum and cross-geo coordination
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and another Scrum-related meeting
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
Update agile tracking systems to provide transparency on Product & Sprint Backlogs
Work with other scrum masters in our product team. Ensure that our ways of working are consistent across the teams
Liaise between the team and product management for better communication between the disciplines
Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams
Participate and help to facilitate the Scrum Master Community in the local site as well as globally to foster on-going improvement in the global development process
Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication or related field with excellent academics from a reputed college
12+ years of experience in IT / Software Industry, Experience in working with MNC, and should have handled one or more projects at the same time
3 to 5 years of managing Scrum Processes and teams - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong software development/testing background is a must.
Excellent leadership, communication & collaboration, people management skills
Team mentoring, not an autocratic leader, open to ideas & allowing the team to take the initiative
Should possess the excellent problem-solving capability and ability to approach problems in a thoughtful and practical manner
