Hands on experience in Quality core tools like APQP, PFMEA, MSA,SPC
Hands on experience in QMS system IATF for coordination and successful audit completion
Certified Internal auditor by reputed agency
Conduct internal audit for TS16949 QMS System
Ensure Calibration of IMTE and MSA reports for all gauges and instrument
Knowledge in gauge designing
Hands on experience in GD&T
Basic knowledge on CMM, Contour graph, VMM, Hardness, etc
Coordinating with customer and internal team for PPAP and get approval
Hands on experience in SPC to conduct study for CC and SC and corrective preventive action
Monitor QA Goals and update with corrective Action
Follow APQP timeline for new products and address the concern if any for corrective action
Ensure product, processand layout audit as per plan
Verification and approval of SOP (WorkInstruction)
Weekly &Monthly Quality report
Support QA team to meet QA goals Key Skills: Key Competencies (5 Key)
Knowledge on IATF 16949, ISO14001 and OSHAS 18001.
Working Knowledge on APQP, MSA, SPC, Control plan, PFMEA, 7QC tools& 8D.
Expertise indimensional tolerance (GD&T).
Hands on experience in measuring instruments handling, calibration & Gauge designing.
Hands on experience in Process & Product audit.
Certified in Six sigma (Additional advantage)
