We are hiring for the role of "Lead - Business Intelligence Power". Interested candidates may send in their updated resume for the rounds of discussion.
Designation:
Lead - Business Intelligence (Power BI, SQL & MIS)
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related major preferred
3+ years BI Developer experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in Power BI, SQL & MIS
Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL & MS Excel is Mandatory - Strong knowledge of Microsoft BI technology (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, Power BI)
- Experience building ETL processes for data warehouse and reporting platforms
- Experience building OLAP multi-dimensional and tabular cubes using MDX/DAX
- Solid understanding of relational database theory, principles and best practices
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision, with excellent problem-solving skills
- Must have managed a team in the past
- Cloud experience a plus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
What youll do:
- You will work closely with internal Teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business process.
- Pull data required to conduct business analysis, build reports, dashboards and metrics to monitor the performance.
- Work with the stakeholders to take data driven decisions.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, support and ongoing enhancement of our data warehouse and data mart environments.
- Develop appropriate load and transformation processes to ensure data is loaded correctly into data infrastructure(s);
- Design processes to test, measure and ensure data quality
- Define and implement technical requirements and data architectures for the data warehouse;
- Create and maintain documentation of the physical and logical data models; data dictionaries; and ETL processes via process flow diagrams
- Create robust team environment where skills and knowledge openly shared to achieve team and business goals
- Knowledge and experience shared with team members, providing assistance on any issue
- Troubleshooting and debugging of various BI tools to support various Contact Centre performance management and analytics and other Business needs
- Database Management of different sources and customer tagging databases to create integrated views that can be used to drive decision making
- Create and deploy KPI, analytic, and dashboard solutions including design, development, deployment, data engineering, data warehousing, and data management projects and practices.
- Working with several medium -large and complex SQL databases and SQL queries for data mining.
- Designing, developing and maintaining BI tools and other high end reports.

Shift Details:
- Days and hours of work: 6 days, 9-hour shift within the given working window.
- Working Window- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Salary Package is as follows:
Monthly CTC - Up to 35K
