Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Service Now Functional Consultant
Responsibilities
- Assemble information to determine, document and agree customer requirements
- Plan and manage ITSM tools and process discovery activities, conduct executive scans and strategic assessments, analyse and report findings and make recommendations
- Identify opportunities to drive more value from an organization s IT strategy by targeting areas which contribute to improved business performance and innovation
- Deliver advisory services centered on ServiceNow configuration optimization for performance and capability
- Make recommendations to improve reliability, performance, best practices and processes while working on automation deliverables aligning with ITSM & technology best practices
- Understand Automation scope of IT Services & corresponding technical/operational processes and design/redesign them considering all possible automation scenarios
- Support process and tool implementation through appropriate documentation for processes, functionalities, test scripts and training material
- Plan end-to-end implementation of Automated Service aligning with ITSM & technology best practices considering various business and strategic scenarios
- Designs, implements and maintains chat bot conversations using the technology framework provided
NOTE Candidate will NOT be doing any development instead will work with project team as functional consultant/SME/Business Analyst.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
- IT Graduate
- Relevant experience in Service Now backend platform
- Hands-on migrating data from different tools into ServiceNow and good database depth, data transformation practices
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified (Must
Minimum qualifications:
- Should have experience in creating proposals and defining solutions for ServiceNow implementation and support
- Good platform knowledge Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, service portal from reporting perspective and table schema and joins
- Hands-on in implementing HAM, SAM, ChatBot, Automation & Integrations
- Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform
- Develop and automate Enterprise Scale ServiceNow Analytics dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.
