Responsible for interfacing with customers, sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Responds to and /or provides assistance to internal customers in areas such as product order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, product changes or returns, application assistance, accounts receivable collections, contractissues /administrationor lease administration. Order fulfillment activities may include managing direct factory orders, monitoring inventories, coordination of delivery of factory products.
-Skill: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Provides administrative or technical support at an intermediate level.
Incumbents at this level are gaining or have attained full proficiency in their specific area of discipline
Work routines are straightforward
Developing understanding of technical aspects of the job
Under close supervision may operate machinery
Familiar with company policies and practices
