Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order Management
In this role, you will be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas of Order Management.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for actioning Customer Orders after doing all cross checks
- Strictly follow SOP & adhere to frequent changes
- Ready to take extra initiatives within team
- Strong hold of minute changes in process
- Maintain a thorough understanding of client process and policies
- Respond to customer query through email, calls
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
- Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
- Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record
Preferred qualifications
Strong Analytical skills, SQL, Python, Data Scientist, Prior experience in customer facing rolls.
- Previous experience in Order Entry is preferred
- Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
- Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
- Must be able to take split offs
- Strong attention to minute detail
- Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes
