SkillsGraphic Designer
1.Experience: 6 to 8 years in eLearning, gaming industry, video production
2.Qualification: Bachelor of Fine Arts / GD Art
3.Should be able to work on:
a.Visualization: Should be able to work on visual storyboards, sketches, doodling
b.2D Illustrations: Should be able to work on:
i.Simple illustrations such as infographics, iconography
ii.Various style and complexity level illustrations such as human characters, scenario illustrations, backgrounds
c.Video development: Should be able to work on the video development/pos-production which will involve mockup creation, motion graphics, 2D object/character animation etc. using Adobe AfterEffects or Adobe Premier
d.UI/UX: The candidate should be able to come up with design suggestions wire-framing/mock-up designs to support the user journey decks, videos, eLearning etc.
4.Tools and tech:
a.Adobe Illustrator
b.Adobe Photoshop
c.Adobe After Effects
d.Adobe Premier (video editing and conversion)
e.InDesign
f.Rapid tool development for eLearning (Camtasia, Storyline, Captivate)
g.Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3
