Job Description
Position: IICS CAI Development & SupportDuration: Full Time
Location: Work From Home.
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Excellent knowledge on Informatica IICS platform as a whole and the integrations among different Cloud components and services
- Proficient in Cloud Application Integration (CAI) developments and understanding of SOAP/Restful API Interface design principles
- Experienced in core XML technologies XML, XML Schema, XPath, XQuery expressions
- Confident in taking up ad-hoc API design & developments with limited technical resources sometimes open sources to integrate
- Proficient in reviewing API guides to draw high-level designing and quick testing ability through open sources
- Experienced in CAI ERP, EDW, CRM, Cloud DB, Ticketing, Project Managing, Reporting application integrations like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, Jira, Snowflake, Samange, etc...
- Good knowledge of underlying standards used in SOA and BPM such as XML, Web Services (SOAP/REST), WSDL, ws- standards, etc..
- Strong in trouble shooting both ETL and API connectivity and transactions pro-actively to report and resolve in no time
- Good understanding of process notation and execution, proprietary languages to apply various integration design patterns
- Competency working with different relational databases like MS-SQL, Oracle On-Premise and Snowflake Cloud
- IICS Data Integration development experience with multiple data loading technologies fulfilling mapping specifications and integrating with CAI real-times
- Experienced in MS-access for report generations best as per customer needs followed by migrations
- Previous experience with ETL tools such as Informatica Power Center, WhereScape ELT should be helpful
- Data modeling, diverse schema mid-high knowledge should be useful to pick-up other ETL tools on-demand
- Supporting Tableau live dashboard in-line with customer supporting documents & restarts under server.
- Decent knowledge in usage, accessing of Azure Dev ops, Jira, ServiceNow, and share point.
- Should be flexible for shifts as per the US client working hours in CST time zone.
