Roles and Responsibilities
As a Collection Officer, you are required to coordinate with Collections Department at Head Office/Regional Office to achieve the Company's Collections Targets. You will be in direct contact with the customers, both regular and defaulters. You are also required to do payment followup through phone and direct visits to home/office of the customer while complying with the guidelines set forth in the Company's Credit & Recovery Policy. You're also required to ensure timely entry of collections in the system.

Candidate will be responsible for Loan Payment Collections and followups of specific loan accounts of company customers.
Should coordinate with Collections Department of the Company and do payment followup through phone and direct visits to home/office of the customer.
Repeatedly and efficiently maintains records of all customer payments and outstanding in order to remind customer of pending Loan Payments and management of repeated defaulters.
Ensure Cash / Cheque collected is deposited on time.
Co-ordinating with Legal & Recovery Departments on initiate Legal Recovery in eligible cases.
Giving resolution of queries of customers and visit for customer dispute resolution.

Local candidates fluent in Telugu & Hindi.
Basic English knowledge preferred.
Min Education Qualification- 10th/SSLC
Should have at least 1 Year Loan Collection experience
Should have Valid Two Wheeler license and own Two-Wheeler
Honest, Responsible and Trustworthy
Good communication skills.
