Role: Python Developer Technical Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 5 - 8 years
BE/BTech/ME/MTech graduate

Job Description:

Python framework/system developer who can design, implement Python based end to end framework/tools/system independently and work with different stakeholders

Primary Technical Skills Expectation:

• Proven experience in designing & implementing Python based framework/tools/system independently end to end
• Knowledge in C++/OOPS based programming
• Excellent debugging skills to analyze any complex issues of system & identify root cause
• Experience in developing big picture understanding of system & identify continuous improvements in the system

Primary Behavioral Skills Expectation:

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across Product development spectrum around the globe
• Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. Ability to handle challenges & resolve any blockers
• Self-driven, Accountability and ownership of problems to achieve team goals & ability to contribute independently
• Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions & constructive analysis of team members ideas

Secondary Skills (Good to have)

• Knowledge in Jenkins Pipeline
• Knowledge in Dockers, Virtual environment etc
• Knowledge in JS (any frontend technologies)

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements & design /implement end to end solutions in the existing system or build new system
• Understand project big picture and come up with new ideas/solutions to improve the existing system
• Lead the development by resolving any blockers, communicating with different stake holders around the globe & reach end goal
