Opening At: A Leading NBFC - Subsidiary of Pvt Bank

Designation: Area Manager - Loan Against Property ( LAP )

Location: Bangalore / Mangalore / Mysore

Job Responsibilities:

• To Manage LAP business from Direct Sales Agents (DSAs), Chartered Accountants (CAs) & Connectors in Bangalore

• To work with them in order to achieve monthly targets & do Business Development by associating with new channel partners.

• Planning effective territory sales and marketing strategies.

• Liaisewithcreditteam, operations team, and risk unit for smooth business.

• Tracking Daily Business activities

• Ensuring Loan policies and procedures are met.

• Responsible to study current market practices and Competitive strategies.

• Ensure service delivery as per defined TAT & SLAs set by the company
