Role Responsibilities
Run the PM Office representing NTT with our customer
Coordinate activities of the PM assigned to the team Routinely report on project activities for pre, present and post project Idnetify Risk and help remediate
Lead small to medium-scale or complex business systems, upgrades, installations, and site integrations that are diverse in scope
Develop project scope, charter, and applicable project management plans
Develop and maintain the project schedule Monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of project resources
Document meeting, coordinates status reports and approvals on deliverables Maintain strong focus on Customer Satisfaction by delivering exceptional project performance and predictable, repeatable project results Initiate and develop project change requests for changes in scope, schedule, and time
Create and maintain baseline cost estimate at the project level Work with informal work teams, often consisting of Internal / Client blended teams in order to expedite and status task information
Manage standards, procedures, and practices for recordkeeping of contractual agreements Serve as a subject matter expert and consulting resource for IT Prepare cost and time estimates, project plans, user acceptance test plans and business process flow charts
Requirements Undergraduate degree and 8 years of experience with infrastructure projects Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification Excellent communications and stakeholder management skills
Extensive knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) software applications, system development methodology and system architecture
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Preferences Experience with deploying IT solutions in a manufacturing environment ITIL foundations certification Expert-level skill in MS Office (MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) Experience of working as part of a global team within a multifunction
