Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plan to set and achieve sales targets and to expand the
  • Corporate customer base.
  • Cold calling; corporate sales, B2C - making multiple outbound calls for Job Seeker/ Student.
  • The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and interaction with senior management in the Job organizations & present Data Science products & services.
  • Understanding client needs and offering analytics training and support; answering potential contact person.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database; maintaining database (Sales force, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting, freezing on process of admission and closing of deals with necessary documentations. The ideal candidate must be equipped with a strong Analytics business development experience and good B2C sales strategy background.

Required Candidate profile


  • Candidate should be Graduate.
  • Should have more than 1 year Experience
  • Age limit - : 21-40 years
  • Should have entrepreneurial zeal to build new market, B2C
  • Analytics Sales and Marketing experience with hands on experience of entire sales cycle.

KRAS (Key Responsibilities Areas)


  • Catering to the Clients requirement and solving their grievances
  • Identifying potential Clients for cracking deals with help of operations team.
  • Accuracy & Timeliness in maintenance of MIS
  • Lead generation by cold calling.
  • Effectively mapping clients requirements and providing them requisite services.
  • Marketing executive will be working under ASM.
  • Sourcing out the candidates from Gram Pradhan, Mukhiya, Gram Sevak etc.
  • Rural Visits for Business promotions.
