Job Description

We are hiring for Senior Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills:

Hands on experience of banking and lending domain applicable in India/USA
Excellent documentation skills to translate high level requirement to detailed functional requirements
Hands-on skill to identify and break down various business requirements into the Epic->Feature->User Stories->Tasks
UI/UX Designing to create Mockups/Wireframes
BPMN/Use Case Modeling to draw business process models
Hands on experience of Agile framework to maintain and track requirement traceability
Effective verbal and written Communication, Collaboration and interpersonal skill
Strong analytical, Problem Solving and Decision-making Skill
Leadership and Management skill

Good to have Skills:

Prior experience with US lending policies
Experience on implementation of a retail consumer facing digital lending product
Experience on Automated underwriting or Straight Through Processing
Exposure to international client handling experience
Prior experience of QA would be an added advantage

Note:- only immediate joiners or Max 15-20 days notice period are preferred.
