Job Description
Dear Candidate,
POSITION TITLE: Area Manager (Handle multiple branches)
Location:- Rajkot
Salary :- Up to 8 L PA
- Banca vertical / Liability sales
Roles and responsibilities:-
1. Need to handle all area business. Train and help the employees for generating business
2. Need to handle the team of minimum 10 people
3. Drive business targets.
4. Build relations with all branches and provide support.
5. Maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products.
6. Reaching the targets and goals set for your Area
7. Compiling and analyzing sales figures
8. Keeping up to date with products and competitors
THRESHOLD CRITERIA
- Minimum experience and qualification:-
1. Age between:- 21 to 37 years
2. Minimum qualification:- Any graduate/post-graduate/ MBA with Excellent communication
3. Minimum 2 years of team handling / branch handling experience
4. 3+ year sales experience in banking, financial services and insurance industry preferred.
