Contractual Hiring Experience (Mandatory)

Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with good experience on recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.

Excellent communication skills

Very Good hands on exposure in Recruitment of Technical, and IT professionals

Excellent Sourcing Skills from Professional Networking Sites, Blogging, Social networking sites.

Experience in Sourcing Profiles from Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc

Exposure on Targeted Recruiting

Experience in Portal Sourcing using Naukri, Monster and other Job Portals

Excellent Tech Screening Skills and responsible for detail evaluation of candidates against specific IT requirements

IT Staffing experienced candidates are preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience required: 3- 6yrs

Contractual Hiring Experience

Having Exp working for IBM ( IT products Added Advantage)
Understand technology on a Macro level

Excellent organization skills

Strong Team Player

Organized and process oriented

Strong analytical sense and organization skills
