1. Azure Application Architect
Job Description:
Work with Cloud delivery team to provide technical solutions/services roadmap for customer.
Participate and drive technical discussions and explain Azure solutions and product options to
meet customer needs.
Prepare technical proposals decks focusing on application requirements and work on sizing and
estimation.
Involve in customer project delivery and managing customer expectations.
Drive business innovations through systems on Azure Cloud.
Suggest cost optimizing measures and improving efficiencies for clients from the application
perspective.
Musthave experience in application architecting / development on Azure Cloud.
Mustpossess business level understanding of enterprise application systems to drive
innovations and transformations.
Should have very good understanding of Cloud Native services and how they ascribe to
application requirements.
Should have understanding of micro services application architecture.
Work with infrastructure team and deploy applications on cloud using blue/green or brown field
deployments.
Should have excellent understanding of DevOps principles.
Ability to provide holistic and right scale cloud solutions that addresses scalability, availability,
service continuity (DR), performance and security requirements.
Architect applications so that they are cloud optimized.
Help customers architect scalable and highly available applications leveraging cloud services.
Scripting and Automation skills Ruby, Python etc., and relevant SDKs.
Clear understanding of IAM roles and policies and how to attach them to business entities and
users.
Provide deep development knowledge with respect to cloud architecture, design patterns.
Design understanding and experience in RDBMS, NoSQL and RDS.
Exposure to PaaS technologies and Containers like Docker, Kubernetes.
Should understand costing of different cloud services.
Should have experience with major AWS, GCP (or) Azure services.
Should have experience with CI CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Bamboo.
Understanding of Application architecture and Enterprise Architecture is a must.
Should have good knowledge of Network/ Security design and architecture on Azure public
cloud.
Experience architecting highly available systems.
Strong listening and question- based solution designing skills.
Ability to uncover business challenges and develop a custom solution to solve those challenges.
Ability to secure trust and influence with customers and peers.
Ability to clearly form and communicate ideas for wide audiences, both Mindtree teams and
external client stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal improvement of business and technical
skills, including the ability to learn and apply new technologies and techniques.
Strong service attitude, team worker and a commitment to quality.
Flexible, continuous learner and knowledge sharer, enthusiastic, personable self-starter, works
