Position Title :-Territory Manager

Channel :-Alternate Channel

Salary :- 4.00 Lakh - 6.00 Lakh PA

Reports to :- Regional Head

Experience :-5 to 10 yrs of experience in Life Insurance

Job Responsibilities

- Manage 4-6 sales/agency managers who will recruit advisors/agents to generate life insurance business.

- Bring in best practices to offer excellent experience while on boarding customers.

-Maximize sales productivity of the team and achieve sales targets.

Responsible for branch unit.

- Ensure high quality and high persistence of business generated to support long-termprofitability of the company

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Ideal age should be 28 - 45 years.

2) Minimum 2 years experience of agency.

3) Must be from insurance background (preferred from Agency Channel)
