Job Description

Position: Relationship Manager/ Individual contributor(field sales) Location - Hyderabad Experience: 3 to 5Yrs Qualification: 12th Pass or any Diploma/ Any Graduate Process: Should have experience of Home Loan or Mortgage or LAP(Loan against property). Generating business through Builders/ Channel Partners/ Open Market. Candidates have to generate their own leads from the market Languages; English + Regional language (Kannada+Telugu) Age: up to 30 Salary: 3LPA ( Max 23-24K NTH) Notice period- 30-45Days max(Preferebly look immediate joiners) Work Timing- 9:30 am to 6pm Working Days: 6 days, Second Saturday off, sundays Off Gender; Male Interview; 2rounds (1st round will be a F2F interview with branch manager or ASM or RSM+2nd round will be a HR discussion) Targets- Maximum 6 login (creating a Los application ID for the customer) Incentives- 1-3 login incentives will be 200 4-6 login incentives will be 300 Target - 20 Lac per month
