MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment
* Applicants should be competent and efficient in handling Payroll Operations with a substantial inclination for HR Consulting.
* Imparting training to the employees and execute employee engagement activities.
* Manage payroll and statutory aspects and resolve any issues related to the same.
* Formulating and updating the terms and conditions of the organization as and when required.
* Leave management & Attendance Management along with record Management
* Interested candidates are expected to be exceptionally skillful in Microsoft Office along with acute adeptness for Research and Technology.
* Should be able to handle HR functions through HRMIS.
* Undertake Performance management cycle
*Support and Maintain positive Employee relations
Qualifications & Essential Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree in Business Management/ MBA
*Excellent negotiation skills
*Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
*Proven ability to work independently
*A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
*Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
*Professionalism
