Job Description
Handling of Deviations, Change control
Shop floor activities like IPQC, line clearance, checking of BMR, BPR.
Maintaining, Calibration and Preventive maintenance schedule.
Preparation, review, circulate and retrieval of Standard Operating Procedure
Preparation and review of validation protocol and reports.
Sampling and monitoring of validation batches as per validation protocol.
Preparation and revision of Batch Manufacturing Record.
Handled Granulation & Compression and have demonstrated technical expertise in optimizing operation & maintenance processes. Resourceful in steering change with focus on maximizing productivity
Process Validation
Efficiently handled the entire Manufacturing & Compression department by proper planning, Cost effectiveness to achieve yield and productivity targets with quality.
Maintaining quality standards, ensuring stringent adherence to the same, identifying gaps & taking corrective action & preventive actions.
Responsible for documentation, planning, coordination and training of workmen and contractual labours.
All documentation like Preparation BMR,SOP Preparation ,Equipment Sequential Log Book Manufacturing & Compression, Batch Reconciliation ,Dies & Punch usage log book, Batch Yield & Destruction Record
Planning and co-ordinating day to day shop floor activities and problem solving ability.
Coordinating with inter and intra departments for new products execution.
