Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- C#
In this role, you would be primary responsible for development and some design applications based on C# technology. Work with business people to have a real time understanding of business problem and, design the solution which really fits into customer needs.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you would be responsible for providing Enhancement & Development services in a C#/.Net/WPF/Web/Database environment during regular India hours from Client location.
- Candidate will be working with SMEs, Business Analyst, module developers & Users complete end-to-end SDLC for Capital Market Client.
- Working with the development teams, business analysts and end users to come up with optimal, high-impact solutions
- Developing optimal solutions with focus on quality
- Adopting DevOps methods and tooling to improve productivity and supportability
- Mentoring and coaching of graduate staff.
- Seek and resolve production problems with new ideas
- Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical partners locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussion around solution/approach etc.
Minimum qualifications
- BE/B Tech/M Tech/MCA/BCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills although
Preferred qualifications- Good experience with C#, WPF, XAML and other .NET Framework-based technologies
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise software development and maintenance using Microsoft technologies and Microsoft .NET C#
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and common design patterns
- Ability to work under pressure and devise practical solutions
- Working knowledge in Database with good SQL writing skills
- Excellent communicational skills and are able to work with traders, desk strategists and other business and technology teams
- Ability to manage tasks and plan deliverables
- Willingness and ability to multi-task.
- Good to have an experience of using Git/Bitbucket & related tools.
- Understanding of DevOps and virtualization concepts
