To explain airline exchange policy and cancellation policy if customer wantsto change or cancel the reservation etc. To provide the alternate option to customer if ticket is non changeable andnon refundable one or ticket has no remaining value available to change it. To perform follow-ups as needed and assigned the case to self within thetime frame promised to customer. To listen and understand customers concern, captures information andresponds promptly and provide complete resolution. To follow the set process for any inbound calls involving listening,comprehension and resolution handling customer queries Must have experience in International ticketing and domestic ticketing.
