Job Description

Designation Technical Lead

Working Location : Pune (Hinjewadi Phase 3)
Experience: 10 -12 years
Mandatory Skills Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Scrum Master, Agile, Team handling

Job Timings: Shift timing 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM (UK shift)

Role:

* Technical Scrum Master
* Customer interaction, PO, PM interaction
* Requirement gathering
* Manage, mentor, build the team.
* Analysis of User Story / Defect and implement the efficient solution.
* Follow Coding Standards/guidelines/best practices.
* Conducting Code review (Peer Review) activity.
* Unit Test log generation & Low defect injections.
* Meet task deadlines, responsible for 1-2 junior developers technically.
* Should be able to resolve technical issues independently, support the small reporting team.
* Proactive is supporting the team in every task and which will help to complete commitments.

Essential Technical skills:

Core Java [ including Collection framework and Multithreading]Spring, Spring boot Web Services [SOAP and Restful]

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners 0-7 Days (Highly Mandatory)
