Job Description
Oversee Tier III trouble ticket support for tickets escalated from TierI and TierII globally, logging trouble tickets with telecoms carriers to resolve critical level customer issue
Liaise wit multiple functional groups such as international carriers
elecom support and experience a distinct advantage
ITIL practitioner and/or project management desirable.
Analytical approach with strong communication skills
