Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, to run the store successfully and to deal with both customers and staff. Ensure orders are of top notch quality and on time delivery. Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees - ensuring hygeine MIS reporting including P&L, EOD MIS. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements. Ensure availability of merchandise and maintaining inventories. Suggesting clearance items and store discounts as per customer base preferences. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Responsible for store sales and upselling. Will ensure that store opening and closing sops are follwed. He/She will co-ordinate with franchise owner and ops heads to ensure store performance is upto the mark and suggest tweaks if performance isnt good. He/She should be able to handle both online deliveries and walking orders from the store.
