Candidate s Specification: Bachelors Degree in life sciences (Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Pharmacy/Master of Pharmacy/other Life Science graduates)
Strong MS office skills - Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Good written and verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of safety agreements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or allied fields
Good working knowledge of the global pharmaceutical/pharmacovigilance regulations (ICH / Good Pharmacovigilance modules).
Expertise on pharmacovigilance for contractual arrangements with external service providers
Ability to understand terms of direct and indirect PV contractual arrangements.
Review to ensure new and revised contracts are consistent with Client SOPs and current PV legislations. Additionally perform retrospective review of old contracts. Work in collaboration with Client to review analyze escalate and mitigate gaps observed with contractual arrangements. .
To resolve ad hoc requests challenges and concerns received through the Support Mailbox.
To create customized training curriculum to enhance competency and decrease understanding gaps on the PV Vendor Management process.
Support in creating structured policies and guidelines with clear RACI related to PV Vendor Management process.
Maintain all vendor-related information in a centralized vendor data repository.
Assist with any further activities in relation to the contractual arrangements being handled.
