Job Description

We are hiring a Project Manager or a Program Manager who will fully own the On Job Training (OJT) for the freshers. He/ She should plan the training as per the project needs, mentor freshers, find gaps in overall training AND close them and deliver the deployable freshers to the projects. The person should ensure all freshers clear the training hiring channels in demand planning and hiring of Freshers, Minimum 10+ years experience with 5+ years experience without any hassles and to take corrective actions or interventions in case of any deviations. Will assist the Business & as project manager/ Program manager.
SME in any primary Vanilla Skill (Embedded C, Linux/Unix, Medical or Mechanical)Project/ Program Management (Agile)/Planning/Resource management/Stakeholder management
Strong communication skills, able to convey the right message to all stakeholders (to the topmost executives in the hierarchy
