Job Description

Position : Associate Manager - QED (Quality & Efficiency department)
No. of position - 1
Division - Operation
Location - Hyderabad
Qualification - B.E./B.Tech

Implement 5S practices to improve work environment in the unit.
Arrange necessary items for the maintenance of 5S activities in respective areas.
Liaison with Cross functional auditors & conduct 5S Audit in respective areas.
Red tagging in the given sections and follow up actions thereof.
Monthly collate red tagging status
Ensure follow up of procedure / checklists / SOPs of 5S of different work areas

Conduct 5S training to employees and contractual workers.
Build volunteer members in 5S team across units.

Candidates should have basic knowledge on 5S, Quality Assurance, ISO, QC Tools with good analytical ability and computer literacy
