Location: Bangalore (HSR Layout)
Job Mode : WFO / WFH / Freelancer
Salary : Open for right candidate
NP: Immediate
Shift Timings : General Shift
Work Timings: Mon- Sat(9.30 AM-6.30 PM)
Additional Benefits : Incentives + Free Lunch (July 2021 onwards) + Growth

- Candidate should have knowledge into end to end recruitment process
- Extensive recruitment experience ( focusing on Majorly sourcing , screening and scheduling)
- Extensive experience into Functional Hiring.
- Looking for Hardcore Non-IT experience
- Sourcing knowledge into Social media platform
- Ability to translate requirements into design specifications and experience in developing design documents
- Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance.
- Contributing in all phases of the development life cycle.
- Identifying , suggesting small changes in system to improve monitoring or improvement needs..
- Should have Strong analytical and logical abilities.
- Handling Volume/lateral Recruitments for one or more Service lines.
- Source potential candidates on various positions in NON-IT industry.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities.
- Should have target chasing attitude.
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
- Should have strong knowledge on various sourcing strategies
- Know networking online and offline with potential candidates to promote the employer brand, reduce time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
- Build a strong talent pipeline
- Need own Laptop/Desktop with proper net connection
