Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Segregation & labelling of wastage.
• Preparation of solution for lab cleaning.
• Packaging of standard/samples/columns for shipping to sites/third party labs within India and outside India.
• Helping in fixing of Labels on the reagent bottles.
• Assisting the scientists in setting up and cleaning of the required equipments in the Lab
• Oil changing in vaccum pumps.
• Handling Onco and Non-onco waste as per the defined procedures.
• Maintaining and cleaning the cytotoxic waste disposal bins.
• Documenting as per 5 S procedures, disposal of expired chemicals.
• Ensure proper labelling is available in the chemical bottles.
• Perform reaction maintenance activities (Simple temperature/stirring maintenance) after undergoing relevant procedures.
• Support in hydrogenation works

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates with B.Sc/ Diploma in Lab Technician / Higher Secondary (+2) science group.
• 1 to 2 years experience as Lab Assistants in Universities/Colleges/Hospitals.
• Candidates currently in Chennai and those from TN/AP/Karnataka/Telangana/Kerala/Pondicherry willing to relocate to Chennai can apply.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Perks and Benefits

• Gross Salary of Rs. 25000 to 29000 per month based on experience and Qualification.
• Food will be provided
• Monthly Bonus of Rs 800 - will be provided additionally.
